INTROSPECTION

The following pieces were created in response to the pandemic that took control of most of my senior year. Due to limited darkroom access and less time in the classroom, I was forced to reshape my definition of photography and take my work in a new direction. I began to focus more introspectively, reflecting on my emotions and experiences during this time and creating work to portray them. Each collage/mixed media piece serves as a physical artifact that documents an important emotion or experience during this time.
